modern room and helpful staff
spacious showercomfortable bedamazing room
the shower was spacious with excellent water pressure. the bed was comfortable.. it provided some of the best sleep i've had. the room smelled amazing, and the housekeeping team clearly maintained it with great care.

My room was quite warm at night. I contacted staff, but they couldn't resolve it. My thermostat was set very low for hours, but the room only cooled in the morning. I also heard loud traffic noises all night since I was on the first floor. I was VERY frustrated.

fantastic stay!
clean roomthoughtful bathroom designfriendly staff
the room was super clean. the bathroom design really felt thoughtful i loved it. shaimaa and abdel ilah were so friendly and cooperative they were very kind. the hotel is one of the best with quality and value i think.
the street outside was a bit polluted and loud i did notice.

the facilities seemed very clean. there was free juice and coffee in the lobby which i thought was great i enjoyed those features quite a bit.

the location is excellent because it is near the train station. it is also near the heart of many active locations , made things very convenient for getting around i found.

the staff was friendly and cute. imane was informative and helpful throughout my entire stay i really appreciated all of her assistance .

the comfortable beds and linens were great. the furniture was all in very good condition. the air conditioning system worked well which i was very thankful for there.

The staff members were very polite. The room was clean. It also had a good size. The hotel organized a transfer to the airport. I appreciated this service.
The bed was too hard. It gave me an uncomfortable night's sleep.

The hotel provided mint tea upon arrival. I also received Swiss chocolate during check-in. There is a 24-hour drink service available, which proved convenient, especially when I needed refreshments late at night.
